The Antalya Global Foundation (AGF) respects the privacy of everyone who visits Antalya.Foundation. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control of it.
Who we are
Antalya.Foundation is the website of the Antalya Global Foundation, a US non-profit headquartered in San Diego, California, working in Antalya, Türkiye through a strategic partnership with the Rising Crescent Association. For any question about your information, write to Connect@Antalya.Foundation.
What we collect
- When you become a Friend: your first name, your email address and your country, and, if you choose to give them, your last name, your preferred language and your connection to Antalya.
- When you write to us: your name, your email address and your message.
- When you become a member: once paid memberships open, the details needed to manage your membership and its receipt. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe; AGF never sees or stores your card number.
- To protect the forms: when you send a form, your internet address is used for one hour to stop repeated or automated submissions, and is then discarded.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics. We do not build profiles of visitors.
How we use it
We use your information only to welcome you as a Friend, to send you the letter from Antalya and the news you asked for, to answer your message, and to provide your membership. We never sell your information, and we never share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is kept
Your information is kept on the servers that host Antalya.Foundation (Hostinger) and in AGF's email service, both protected by modern security measures. Only the people at AGF who need it to answer you or serve you can see it. The site's typefaces are served from Antalya.Foundation itself, so reading the site sends nothing to other companies.
How long we keep it
You stay a Friend, and receive our letter, until you ask to leave. Messages are kept for as long as they are needed to answer you. Membership records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal obligations.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, and you may leave our list at any time. These rights include those under the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the privacy laws of California. Write to Connect@Antalya.Foundation and we will answer within 30 days.
Children
Antalya.Foundation is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this page changes, the new version is published here with its date.
